Kathleen D. Wilhere

Kathleen D. Wilhere was born in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Her undergraduate degrees include a BS in accounting and a BS in business administration both from the University of Delaware. She received CPA designation in 1985. Ms. Wilhere joined the Nemours Board of Managers, Delaware, in 1998. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware where she previously worked with oversight of audit and compliance and quality issues as well as auditing and taxation of non-profit organizations and foundations. She is also an associate professor at the University of Delaware where she teaches non-profit accounting and management.
