This policy describes the editorial standards for all material posted on www.Nemours.org as a service of Nemours.

Ownership

All material presented on www.Nemours.org is owned exclusively by Nemours unless otherwise noted. All content available under the "Today's Tip", "Pediatric News", "For Kids", "For Teens", and "For Parents" sections is developed by KidsHealth.org, which is an entity owned entirely by Nemours. Qualifications and Review

Material created exclusively for www.Nemours.org is written and reviewed by Nemours employees. In those cases where medical content is provided a Nemours physician must take responsibility for the information. All existing and new medical content undergoes a peer review process. Under this process, two Nemours physicians of equal or greater medical qualification review the material and check it for accuracy. Two Nemours physicians or employees with a PhD must review research content. Documentation verifying the review must be submitted to the Web Product Director prior to publication.

Conflict of Interest

www.Nemours.org does not publish medical content written by authors who maintain a financial interest in the products, services, or companies which comprise the subject of their material.
