Delaware Valley
The Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware, is part of a fully integrated system of care. Nestled among 300 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, lush lawns, sunlight and fresh air, our teaching hospital provides all the specialties of pediatric medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Offering intensive and acute inpatient and outpatient services covering more than 30 pediatric specialties, the duPont Hospital for Children cares for thousands of children in the Delaware Valley, across the country and around the world.
Eighty-four of our pediatric specialists were named among the Best Doctors in America® 2009-2010.
The duPont Hospital for Children offers widely recognized programs in:

Our entire Nemours team is supported by the use of a sophisticated electronic medical record (EMR) that reaches across specialties, location, referring physicians and soon, patients and families. Nemours Children’s Clinic
Serving families in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey, the Nemours Children’s Clinic is a multispecialty pediatric group practice. The Nemours Children’s Clinic in the Delaware Valley extends the world-class care of duPont Hospital for Children through convenient community-based physician services and collaborative partnerships with health and hospital systems across the region. These partnerships give children throughout the region access to Nemours physicians and advanced, child-friendly pediatric specialty care.
Nemours Pediatrics
Not every child needs specialty care. But all children need special care. That’s why Nemours offers a network of primary care pediatricians in locations throughout Delaware and southeast Pennsylvania to provide exceptional clinical services to children.
