Enjoy a Relaxed, Coastal Lifestyle in North Florida

With its stretches of serene beaches, winding rivers and the intracoastal waterway, it’s no surprise that Jacksonville is called the “River City by the Sea.”
This diverse north Florida city of 850,000 residents encompasses a busy downtown, charming historic districts, beach communities, riverfront neighborhoods, college and university campuses, and one of the largest urban park systems in the country.

Jacksonville also boasts a number of cultural assets such as a major symphony orchestra, zoo, art museums and the nationally acclaimed Jacksonville Jazz Festival.
Sports fans appreciate the opportunity to cheer on the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars in a downtown sports and entertainment complex, as well as enjoy a golfer’s paradise, which includes many outstanding courses, PGA Tour HQ and THE PLAYERS Championship.
The appeal of this temperate coastal city has earned it a place among the "top ten best places to live" by Money magazine and Expansion Management Magazine's list of "America's Hottest Cities."
