Physician Benefits

Nemours offers a comprehensive benefits program personalized to fulfill each physician’s individual needs.  In addition to the benefits offered to all Associates, physicians working for Nemours receive the following.

Paid Time Off

PTO is yours to manage and includes 26 days of vacation, 9 days of sick leave, and 7 holidays per year.

Continuing Medical Education

C.M.E is offered to full-time physicians and includes up to 10 days per year plus conference expense reimbursement.

Professional Dues and Subscription Allowance

You have an annual allowance for professional dues and subscriptions.

Licensure Renewal

Nemours pays for the cost of your state medical licenses and DEA renewal.

Malpractice Coverage

Nemours provides malpractice insurance for all physicians. It is an employer paid, occurrence based policy.

Relocation Allowance

Relocation assistance is available for opportunities throughout the Delaware Valley and Florida.
