Nemours Health Clinic
Since The Nemours Health Clinic was opened in 1981,
we have provided care for thousands of elderly Delawareans. Patients receive key health services such as dental care, eye care and eyeglasses, hearing tests and hearing aids.
The Clinic is funded by The Nemours Foundation, beneficiary of the Alfred I. duPont Testamentary Trust, located in Jacksonville, Florida. In his will, Mr. duPont expressed his concern for the elderly by providing funds from The Nemours Foundation to aid ... "The care of old men or old women, and particularly old couples."
Over the years, the Clinic has become known for its excellent care and service. More importantly, it has provided care in an atmosphere of warmth, compassion and respect. At the Clinic, many people with diverse responsibilities all work together to deliver this care. Whether they are doctors or dentists, receptionists, interviewers or technicians, they all have a common goal: to treat patients as they would want to be treated. Everyone at the Clinic is committeed to this philosophy of caring.
