Physicians' Toolkit for Ready Readers
Nemours BrightStart! has launched a new approach to the early recognition and intervention of dyslexia and other barriers to reading success. A pilot study is underway and includes the use of the Physicians’ Toolkit for Ready Readers. The toolkit is designed to assist pediatricians, family practice physicians and others in identifying youngsters who may be at risk for dyslexia and reading failure, and counseling families on this important topic. We have developed a brief survey for our physicians and other health care professionals currently engaged in the Physicians’ Toolkit for Ready Readers pilot study. We appreciate your participation in the program! At the end of the six-week pilot study, we ask that you take a moment to complete a survey regarding your experience using the toolkit and resources.
