Muscular Dystrophy Program

The Nemours Children's Clinic in Orlando opened its doors to a new Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) clinic on April 15, 1999. The clinic provides diagnostic evaluation and follow-up care for children who have a variety of neuromuscular diseases. The clinic's services are funded by MDA.

The MDA clinic provides an opportunity for children with neuromuscular disorders to be evaluated by pediatric specialists in neurology, orthopedics, genetics, and pulmonology.
