Volunteer Services
The Volunteer Services Program at the Nemours Children's Clinic in Orlando matches the talents and interests of individuals with the needs of patients, families, and staff. Whether they are reading stories to younger patients or playing chess with older kids, volunteers dispense the best kind of medicine - ample doses of compassion and caring.
Volunteers are assigned to a variety of activities, including positions that involve direct patient contact and administrative support positions. The list of volunteer opportunities is limited only by the imagination!

- Staff administrative support - these volunteers help out by copying, filing, and answering telephones.
- Clown service - these volunteers dress up like clowns and entertain patients with magic tricks, skits and face painting.
