NemoursLink is designed to help community-based physicians more easily monitor patients they have referred to Nemours or one of its affiliate locations for care and treatment. This secure Web site is only available to registered users. User ID and Password are required.
Get Started
If you already have a username and password, login using the box to the right.
Otherwise, to receive access, your practice must complete the following steps:
- Each practice must have a legal authorized representative sign a partner agreement with Nemours to allow members of their organization access to NemoursLink. Individual users may not access NemoursLink without this document.
If you are the legal representative for the practice please complete the Partner Agreement.
- If you are an an employee of the practice seeking to gain individual access to your patients through NemoursLink and are not the legal representative for the organization, please complete the User Agreement.
- Once these steps have been completed, and authentication confirmed you will receive written notification that NemoursLink access has been granted.
