Injury Prevention Group Clinics

Our comprehensive clinics help young athletes (from Little League to the college-level) maximize their performance and enjoy a safe, injury-free season.

All of our group clinics:

  • take place in our new 7,200-square-foot Center for Sports Medicine, located inside the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children
  • are eight sessions (lasting 4 weeks, with 1-hour classes meeting twice a week)
  • feature small, age-appropriate classes of four to 10 athletes that allow for individual attention to each athlete
  • are developed and instructed by athletic trainers and physical therapists who are tuned in to the unique needs of athletes
  • incorporate education for both athletes and their parents, including a take-home binder with information relevant to what was taught in class
