In Memory of Caralynn Titter

Pictured above in March 2012 in the Nemours Cardiac Center at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, two months after her second heart transplant, Cara was a bright and beautiful little girl who brought joy to all who knew her.
After five months at home and on her way to a full recovery, Cara unexpectedly went into cardiac arrest and passed away. Prior to her passing, Cara’s family graciously agreed to support our 2012 Radiothon and looked forward to seeing Cara’s photo on billboards and other promotions as part of the Radiothon campaign.
At their request we continue to use this image of Cara that meant so much to them, and to us. We do so as a celebration of Cara’s life, legacy, and enduring joy.
Help Our Kids Radiothon
Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is hitting the airwaves with
its 2nd Annual Help Our Kids Radiothon on Sept. 5-6, presented by
Nemours Fund for Children’s Health and generously sponsored by
Delmarva Broadcasting.
Local radio stations will be broadcasting from the hospital with on-air personalities interviewing patients and families, physicians, nurses, volunteers, and others.

The event will all take place in the hospital cafeteria. Don’t miss the excitement: There will be lots of activities for everyone, and every gift will help Nemours provide the very best care for children.
