About the Walk

Nemours Children's Hospital and our CEO, Roger Oxendale are leading this year's March for Babies, a fundraising walk for the March of Dimes. The walk will support their work to prevent prematurity and infant mortality. Show your support and join one of our two teams below. Then, we will all come together as one Nemours Children's Hospital team and march for healthier babies.

Team Barbara vs. Team Randy

Barbara Meeks, Chief Nurse Executive, and Randy Hartley, Chief Administrative Officer, are recruiting walkers to ensure Nemours will have a huge presence at the walk. In fact, they are competing against each other to see who can form the largest team!

Sign up for Barbara's team or Randy's team, reserve a complimentary walk team T-shirt, and help show Central Florida that Nemours Associates are committed to helping prevent prematurity and infant mortality.

The team captain who forms the smaller team will face an interesting punishment.

• Barbara says she'll take a pie to the face if her team isn't the biggest.
• Randy says he'll wear a feathered boa — all day.

Friends and families are welcome to participate, but everyone must be signed up for a team by 5 p.m., Friday, April 5.
