Welcome to Health Information Management (HIM)!

Health Information Management (formerly known as Medical Records) is a fast-paced, exciting environment. The HIM department provides a wide variety of services that help support clinical documentation.  We provide these services throughout all of the  Nemours Children’s Clinics located in Jacksonville, Orlando, Pensacola, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children in Delaware. 

We promote patient safety through accurate and timely documentation, which is easily accessible to the healthcare provider.
