The Nemours Professional Relations Liaisons build and maintain provider relationships by serving as a link between Nemours and community healthcare providers. Liaisons impart providers with information about all-things Nemours, including, but not limited to information on hospital and medical staff resources. Liaisons also serve as advocates regarding hospital decisions in the areas of complaint resolution, physician advocacy, and educational support.
Nemours is offering NemoursLink, a new Web-based health information tool that gives community-based providers a virtual window into selected parts of the Nemours Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Now, when a patient is seen by a Nemours specialist, primary care providers are able to easily monitor their patients ambulatory electronic medical record, including lab, imaging and test results via NemoursLink and a secure internet connection.
Nemours offers a suite of online applications to make communicating and partnering with us easier and more accessible. Now your office can save time and resources when referring patients to Nemours. Access our user-friendly network where you will input a minimal amount of your patient’s information. Once processed by our office, you will receive confirmation of the appointment time and date.
Community Healthcare Provider Resources
The Community Resource page provides free information to provider offices on referring a patient, admitting a patient to the hospital, Continuing Medical Education, the Nemours Speakers Bureau, and our community physician newsletter. Nemours also provides free health information for your office, including KidTips for distribution to your patients, as well as, monthly schedules for our specialty care locations throughout the Tri-State area.
