Methodology
The Center's well-researched approach is experiential, using state-of-the-art techniques to engage participants, build skills, and cement learnings. Each program is custom-designed to meet the needs of participants. Participants are actively involved through such strategies as recall of critical experiences, guided group discussions, roleplays, simulations and other small group activities. Theoretical models related to important aspects of leadership are used to increase insight and understanding. Proven practical techniques for dealing with common leadership challenges are shared, followed by the opportunity to build skills and confidence. Finally, participants apply their learnings to real-life situations they face.
