Timothy Brigham, M. Div, PhD

Timothy P. Brigham, M. Div., Ph.D., is Chief of Staff and Associate Dean for Organizational Development and a faculty member in the Department of Medicine at Jefferson Medical College. He has extensive training and experience in the field of organizational development and group dynamics, with particular interests in leadership/management development, team building, conflict management, stress management, spirituality, individual/organizational communications, strategic planning, faculty development, and teaching medical students/house staff to teach. His teaching experience includes graduate, post-graduate and undergraduate instruction at colleges, universities and medical schools. In addition, he conducts consultation and training at all organizational levels and in a variety of healthcare settings and regularly conducts retreats for residents and faculty at medical schools and hospitals across the country.

Dr. Brigham received his Doctorate in Psychological Studies in Education from Temple University. He is a member of the Association for the Behavioral Sciences and Medical Education and the Group on Educational Affairs of the Association of American Medical Colleges and is on the editorial board of the Health Policy Newsletter. He is the co-author of numerous publications and frequently presents at national and international meetings.
