Ann M. Riley

Nemours Center for Medical Leadership

For over three decades, Ann Riley has served Nemours in a variety of roles associated with physician leadership and leadership training. Her expertise includes organization, coordination and implementation of seminars and conferences for regional, national and international audiences. Over the past 18 years, Ann has been responsible for the administration of leadership training programs for approximately 1400 pediatric and family practice Chief Residents.

In addition to her role as Administrative Director of the Nemours Center for Medical Leadership, Ann serves as Assistant to the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics, Jefferson Medical College. Her previous positions have included Executive Assistant to the Nemours Vice President for Physician Practices and Director of the Office of Continuing Medical Education at the duPont Hospital for Children.
