Suzanne R. Stevens

Suzanne R. Stevens is an international consultant and trainer who has worked with a range of organizations that include Fortune 50 global corporations, universities, health care organizations, and small start-up, minority owned businesses. She has conducted leadership training on three continents and also has specific expertise in working with health care leaders to create new cultures for merging health care systems. For over a decade Suzanne has been part of The Womens Leadership Collaborative, a learning laboratory where women from health care and other sectors prepare themselves to be effective leaders. She also founded and manages a not-for-profit retreat and learning center, Hope Springs Institute. As an executive in an international Fortune 50 company, Suzanne ran manufacturing facilities and managed multi-functional programs for 15 years. She led business teams and consulted with other leaders to help them develop their teams. Suzanne’s businesses always set new standards for business results and the people in her organizations thrived in the cultures she and her leadership team created. Throughout her career there, she conducted workshops for managers, teaching them how to create and develop effective organizations.
