Partnerships
Collaboration and partnerships are critical to achieving NHPS’ vision of optimal health for all children. NHPS is working with and through community partners and community coalitions to catalyze changes in policies and practices in the places where children live, learn and play – schools, child care centers, primary care practices and the community. NHPS has formed partnerships with a variety of organizations throughout Delaware.
NHPS' partners are promoting healthy eating and physical activity in innovative ways, such as by implementing CATCH Kids Club and participating in the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition.
