The 2005 Delaware Children's Health Chartbook
Nemours Health and Prevention Services (NHPS) released the 2005 Delaware Children’s Health Chartbook in December 2005. The first in a series of annual publications, the chartbooks are intended to broaden the state’s data collection and analytical capacity and bring new information on children’s health together in a single source.
The 2005 chartbook, which focuses on childhood overweight, represents a compilation of data collected at the state and national levels as well as data collected by Nemours through its electronic medical record (EMR) system.
