Despite being diagnosed with a devastating brain tumor and undergoing treatment at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, high school senior Meghan Trahey is helping other children. Meghan and her friend Emily Bruce sponsored "Score for the Cure" - a tournament featuring tennis, Ultimate Frisbee and volleyball. More than $7,500 was raised to support pediatric cancer research. Meghan, who continued to participate in high school sports and keep up with her studies throughout her illness, says, "I feel lucky since there are many other patients worse off then me. I want to try and help find a cure."
