The Nemours Society was established to honor and recognize donors whose annual gifts total $1,000 or more. Giving levels for The Nemours Society are shown below.

Nemours was the name of a district in France which the great-grandfather of Mr. duPont represented, and is the name of his mansion and gardens in Wilmington. Mr. duPont also chose the name Nemours for the foundation that is funded by his Testamentary Trust. Today, distributions from the Trust provide approximately 20-25% of the total revenue of Nemours.

Members of The Nemours Society are honored at annual dinners held in Delaware and Florida where they are presented with a unique gift.
