When you complete our electronic appointment request form, a Nemours scheduler will return your call within one business day, ready to schedule an appointment and answer your questions.  Our electronic appointment request form is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week .

e-ReferralWelcome to the Nemours e-Referral Program. We offer Primary Care Providers the ability to easily send referral requests to Nemours facilities securely and conveniently right over the internet.   Now your office can save time and resources when referring patients to Nemours.  Access our user-friendly network where you will input a minimal amount of your patient’s information. Once processed by our office, you will receive confirmation of the appointment time and date. It’s that easy!

NemoursLink

NemoursLinkNemoursLink is a secure, confidential and easy-to-use Internet-based tool that allows community-based Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to review select portions of their patients’ medical records.  The free program is designed to help primary care providers easily monitor patients they have referred to Nemours for care and treatmentand enables PCPs to make the most informed decisions possible by providing instant access to current Nemours medical record information. NemoursLink also helps reduce wait time delays caused by standard mailing and faxing methods. NemoursLink improves an office’s ability to co-manage patients safely and efficiently through real-time information sharing.
