CaringBridge is a FREE service that can help you with this responsibility by providing you with a personalized Web site to quickly alert your family and friends of the latest information regarding your childs health care situation.

This site provides you with simple step-by-step instructions for building and maintaining your CaringBridge Web page.

You are under NO obligation once you build a Web page. You can delete it immediately if you wish. This is an optional FREE service for you sponsored by the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.
