Caring Bridge

What is CaringBridge?

It can be difficult to keep friends and family updated on your childs condition in the hospital. CaringBridge is a FREE service that can help you with this responsibility by providing you with a personalized Web site to quickly alert your family and friends of the latest information regarding your childs health care situation.

This site provides you with simple step-by-step instructions for building and maintaining your CaringBridge Web page.

You are under NO obligation once you build a Web page. You can delete it immediately if you wish. This is an optional FREE service for you sponsored by the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.

Bridge the gap between you and your loved ones. Its simple to set up, its easy to update.

NOTE: While at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, computers with Internet access may be found on your unit, in Child Life and in the Ronald McDonald Family Room next to our cafeteria. In addition, duPont Hospital provides laptop computers and FREE Internet access through our partnership with KINfolk, which helps connect chronically ill children with their families, friends, schools and the opportunities of the online world. Please see Child Life or your units social worker for more information.
