Because of our location in the tri-state area of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, we offer unique living/working opportunities. For example, you can choose to live in the downtown Philadelphia and easily commute to our park-like hospital campus in Wilmington.
Nemours/Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children is located in Wilmington, DE, about 30 minutes from center city Philadelphia, and an easy drive to Baltimore, Lancaster County, PA (“Amish Country”), and the beaches in Atlantic City and Delaware. There is much to do in around the city, including mansion and garden tours, museums, breweries, wineries, fine restaurants, and numerous state parks.

Located right downtown on the beautiful St. Johns River, Nemours Children’s Clinic, Jacksonville, is an 11-story outpatient pediatric clinic that provides specialized pediatric care for families in Northeast Florida, southeast Georgia, and beyond. We also see patients at the adjacent Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
Florida’s most populous city, Jacksonville is graced with many cultural and recreational activities. First, there are the beaches and many water-related activities. The area is also a huge draw for golfers. Jacksonville has a lively nightlife, and boasts many fine museums, universities and hospitals. In addition, professional football fans will enjoy the city’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
