Nutrition Day

Field and Nutrition Day is an event hosted by the Pediatric Residents at A.I. duPont Hospital for Children which provides education and awareness of the obesity crisis to the Wilmington Community. Along with various hospital departments the residents create information and activity booths allowing the community to learn the dangers of too much television, healthy snacks to taste test, the food pyramid, how much sugar is really in a drink, portion control, exercises that can be performed in their home, fun games and races and much more.
