Applications will be accepted through ERAS, the Electronic Residency Application Service.  ERAS is a service that transmits residency applications, letters of recommendation, Deans letters, transcripts, and other supporting credentials from medical schools to residency programs via the Internet.  Using ERAS Student Workstation software, applicants complete a common application and select residency programs to receive the applications.  The diskette is delivered to student affairs, academic affairs, or another designated deans office.  At the Deans Office, the complete electronic application is uploaded on the Deans Office workstation with other supporting credentials and transmitted to the ERAS post office over the Internet.
