Medical Staff Bylaws
The Medical Staff Bylaws have been finalized and approved by the Board of Managers on December 14, 2010. A major change to the bylaws was the Medical Staff Membership categories which are outlined in the bylaws. The revision of the bylaws include a category for physicians who want membership but who do not provide clinical care to inpatients at AIDHC, addresses physicians in administrative roles and physicians who provide telemedicine services. Further information regarding any change in your membership category necessitated by the bylaws revision will be communicated to you by mid January 2011.
