Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic

The Division of Neurology at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children holds the only Muscular Dystrophy Association clinic in the state of Delaware to evaluate and treat children with muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular diseases. Patients are managed by a pediatric neurologist and may access some of the many consultative services readily available including genetic counseling, orthopedic surgery, pulmonary medicine and physical therapy.
