Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon Joins Nemours Children's Clinic

Pensacola, FL - John P. Ferris, Jr., DO, has joined Nemours Children's Clinic in Pensacola as a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Ferris's received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences: College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. Dr. Ferris completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery from Mount Clemens General Hospital in Michigan From Michigan State University, as well as, a clinical fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans, LA. from Louisiana State University. His specialties includes the treatment of idiopathic adolescent scoliosis, clubfoot, developmental hip deformities and sports medicine by arthroscopy.
Dr. Ferris joins Robert Stanton, MD in a team approach to treating children with orthopedic disorders in Northwest Florida and surrounding areas.
