Nemours participates with most major insurance and HMO plans. However, please check with your health insurance provider for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding your coverage of services and physicians at Nemours.

Nemours has a Customer Service department that can assist in answering specific questions regarding insurance, such as:
* Is Nemours contracted with my insurance?
* Will the services that my child receives be covered by my insurance?
* Is my child eligible for coverage?
* Do I need, and how do I get, a referral?
The Customer Service department can be reached at (866) 390-3610. The phones are staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST- Monday through Friday.
Families with special financial needs also may be eligible for financial assistance to cover all or part of the services received.
