Enrollment Questions

What is MyNemours?  MyNemours offers personalized and secure online access to portions of your child’s medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your child’s health. With MyNemours, you can use the Internet to:

• request medical appointments
• view your child’s health summary from the MyNemours electronic health record
• view selected test results
• request prescription renewals
• access KidsHealth, the most trusted source of pediatric health information
• communicate electronically and securely with your child’s medical care team

Is there a fee to use MyNemours?

MyNemours is a free service offered to our patients and their parents or legal guardians.

How do I sign up?

Parents who wish to participate will be issued a MyNemours activation code during their child’s office visit. This code will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password. If you were not issued an activation code, you may ask to sign up during you next office visit.
