Can I view a family member’s health record in MyNemours?
Yes, you can. This is called proxy access and allows a parent or legal guardian to log into their personal MyNemours account, and then connect to information regarding their child.
Can I ask questions regarding a family member from MyNemours account?
Yes. While logged into your account you will have access to "View Family Records," and from your child's record you will be able to send a medical advice message.
Can my family and I share one MyNemours account?
No, due to the sensitive nature of medical information, each adult must sign and submit a User Agreement and establish their own MyNemours account.
When is proxy access revoked?
On a child’s eighteenth birthday, proxy access will be revoked.
