When do test results show in MyNemours?

Most outpatient Laboratory and Imaging results are automatically released to MyNemours.

Why are certain test results not shared electronically via MyNemours?

Tests of a very sensitive nature are not released to MyNemours. Your child’s doctor may prefer to review these types of results in person.

How do I handle erroneous information?

Your child’s MyNemours information comes directly from your child’s electronic medical record. This health information is reviewed and updated in your child’s electronic medical record each visit. Ask your child’s doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next office visit. Or, you may call the doctor’s office and ask that your child’s medical information be updated.

If I send a message to my child’s doctor, when can I expect a reply?

You will generally receive an answer within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that MyNemours should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your local hospital or medical center if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.
