A Multinational, Open-Label, Non-Controlled Trial on Safety, Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of NNC 0129-0000-1003 in Previously Treated Pediatric Patients With Severe Hemophilia A (Pathfinder 5)

What is the trial about?

To evaluate a drug with patients with Hemophilia A.

Who can participate?

Male patients less than 12 years of age with severe Hemophilia A that are currently receiving treatment with a Factor VIII product.

What is involved?

The study consists of a "main phase" and an "extension phase." The main phase will be approximately 26 weeks. After completing the main phase, your child might proceed into the extension phase. Physical exam and blood samples will be taken.
