Treatment for Patients With Bilateral, Multicentric, or Bilaterally-Predisposed Unilateral Wilms Tumor

What is the trial about?

To find ways to get rid of the tumor cells while saving the largest amount of normal kidney tissue possible.

Who can participate?

Children diagnosed with Diffuse Hyperplastic Perilobar nephrobastomatosis (DHPLN).

What is involved?

Length of study is 18-43 weeks. In addition to standard cancer care, other tests include: DMSA Renal Scan, CT, MRI.
