Intensified Methotrexate, Nelarabine (Compound 506U78, IND 52611), and Augmented BFM Therapy for Children and Young Adults With Newly Diagnosed T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma

What is the trial about?

To see if we can get rid of the cancer for as long as possible with acceptable side effects of therapy.

Who can participate?

≥ 1 year of age and ≤ 31 years of age.

What is involved?

Induction will last five weeks. Tests and procedures performed include standard cancer care treatment (Complete physical exams; Pregnancy test for females of childbearing age before treatment begins; X-rays and scans; Tests to monitor heart and lung functioning; Bone Marrow Aspirations; Spinal Taps).
