Blood Disorders (Hematology)
The Blood Disorders at the Nemours Children’s Clinic, Pensacola, partners with doctors at the Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital to establish a state-of-the-art management program for all types of blood disorders. The division receives referrals from primary care providers, family practice physicians, and pediatricians throughout northwest Florida and southern Alabama.
We also offer a Sickle Cell Program that provides long-term and preventive care to children and adolescents with sickle cell disease, as well as a federally funded Hemophilia Treatment Center that provides comprehensive care and education to children living with the disease in the Jacksonville, Orlando, and Pensacola areas.
