The goal of the Nemours General Pediatrics division is to provide high-quality general pediatric care to children and adolescents that takes into account their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
We provide both inpatient and outpatient care, with a special focus on the care of underserved children and those with complex medical and emotional needs.
The division is comprised of the following clinical services:
We also offer consultative services in adoption, bone health, eating disorders and enuresis (bedwetting).
As part of our mission to improve children’s health on a more global scale, we also provide excellent training and mentoring to medical students and residents, other health professionals, and the community at large. We contribute to the development of new knowledge in the field through patient-related research and publishing.
Through our varied activities -- clinical care, teaching, research, and community service--we demonstrate our commitment to serving as strong advocates for our patients and families, as well as for the communities in which they live.
