Neurological Health
The Nemours pediatric neurology team evaluates and treats children with a wide range of conditions affecting the brain, nerves, and muscles.
The Division of Neurology in Jacksonville has a Child Neurology Residency Program and participates in the training of residents from the Mayo Clinic and the University of Florida. It also has a number of active research programs, including studies on MRI effects following stroke, bone density in children with epilepsy, and the efficacy of antiepileptic drugs in pediatric epilepsy.
