The Healthy Choices Clinic provides comprehensive, personalized care for children from ages three to 16 years old who are at risk for childhood obesity. Our team of dedicated physicians, nurses, dietitians, counselors, and staff work closely with your family to complete a thorough medical, nutritional, and psychosocial assessment. Through compassionate, patient-centered “motivational interviewing”, we help your child or teen focus on goal-setting and target behaviors that they wish to change. This program has been highly effective in helping kids and families begin developing healthy weight management habits for a lifetime.
The Healthy Choices Clinic is part of Nemours Division of Consultative Pediatrics, where our care for children extends beyond the walls of our medical offices and into the community.
