Partnerships
In an effort to catalyze changes in policies and practices in the places where children live, learn, and play, NHPS has formed partnerships with a variety of organizations throughout Delaware.
NHPS's partners are promoting healthy eating and physical activity in innovative ways, such as by implementing the CATCH Kids Club and participating in the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition.
