Interested in 150 Minutes for Your School?
Regardless of your location, we invite you to use the materials on our site. We are funded by a grant to provide hands-on assistance to Delaware schools, so please contact us directly if you need help starting a program for a Delaware school. No matter where you live, it's important for all schools to do their part to increase physical activity.
Professional Development Opportunities
Take 10! Training

Take 10! training is fun, interactive and can be done in one 45-minute session – perfect for a staff meeting! Contact Alanna Drake at 302-444-9106 to schedule your training.

CATCH training can be done in a one day session. Schools should attend as a three-person team consisting of a PE, classroom, and food service representative. Other team members are also encouraged, such as administrators and the school nurse. Contact Alanna Drake at 302-444-9106 for additional information on upcoming CATCH trainings.
Medical Society of Delaware Presentations
Members of the Medical Society of Delaware are available to share the benefits of physical activity for children – including improved academic performance, behavior, and concentration. Contact Dave Nichols at 302-444-9066 to arrange for a speaker to come to your school.
CATCH-Certified Trainers in Delaware
Certified CATCH trainers are available across the state to implement CATCH Trainings, which are coordinated at the district level. If you have any questions about implementing CATCH, please contact your district representative or Alanna Drake at Nemours Health and Prevention Services.
