Interested in 150 Minutes for Your School?
Regardless of your location, we invite you to use the materials on our site. We are funded by a grant to provide hands-on assistance to Delaware schools, so please contact us directly if you need help starting a program for a Delaware school. No matter where you live, it's important for all schools to do their part to increase physical activity.
Make School a Moving Experience Multimedia Resources
Videos
The Make School a Moving Experience video resource library was designed to help answer the questions you’ve asked with the responses and answers you need from your fellow colleagues throughout Delaware public elementary schools. The videos in the library are geared toward helping you promote 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and healthy eating at your school. In addition, there are a few tutorials to help you prepare to implement the CATCH® and TAKE 10!® programs.
