Membership Committee
The Membership Committee recruits members and maintains the names of families who wish to be active members of the Cystic Fibrosis Family Advisory Council and its various committees. Contact Leslie Gill at julian10251@msn.com
Technology Committee
The Technology Committee maintains the Cystic Fibrosis Family Advisory Council website and develops brochures and other media that may be useful to CF patients and their families. Contact Michelle Reno at mireno@comcast.net
Advocacy Committee
The Advocacy Committee raises cystic fibrosis awareness in the community and helps address general insurance issues. Contact Kerry Doyle Shannon at kdsandbls@verizon.net
Quality of Care Committee
The Quality of Care Committee works on infection-control issues and other targeted goals for improving CF care. Contact Bethann Deveney at pencf@aol.com.
If you are interested in serving on the Cystic Fibrosis Family Advisory Council or any of its committees, please print a copy of our brochure and complete the application inside. Once the application is complete, please submit it to the CF Family Advisory Council by mail (see address below) or through Kim York in the Cystic Fibrosis Clinic. All applicants will be contacted by a current member of the CF Family Advisory Council, who will guide them through the interview process.
The CF Family Advisory Council appreciates the families who take time out of their already busy schedules to work to improve the quality of care at our Cystic Fibrosis Care Center.
