Andrea Massey-Farrell serves as the President/CEO of the Harvey L. Massey Foundation as well as Sr. Vice President, Community Relations for Massey Services, Inc. In her work with the Foundation, Ms. Massey-Farrell oversees its daily operations to ensure that its mission and goals are aligned with the Board’s plans and vision for charitable giving and outreach. Ms. Massey-Farrell also manages the strategic community relations efforts for Massey Services.
Prior to managing the Harvey L. Massey Foundation, Ms. Massey-Farrell was President/CEO of Massey Communications, a subsidiary of Massey Services. In this role Ms. Massey-Farrell was responsible for driving all facets of the full-service advertising, graphic design, public relations and marketing agency. She has more than 18 years of marketing, advertising and public relations experience with clients from varying industries.
Ms. Massey-Farrell is an advocate for educational advancement and the arts. She serves on several boards including Orange County CRC Governing Board, the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School Advisory Board, the Orlando Shakespeare Theater Board of Trustees, the Winter Park YMCA Family Center Board and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Board. She is a 2011 winner of the "Woman of Distinction" award presented by Girl Scouts of Citrus Council and was also a 2012 nominee for the Orlando Business Journal’s "Women to Watch" award. As a deeply-rooted Floridian (her family has lived and worked here for more than 28 years), Ms. Massey-Farrell has been the driving force behind many successful volunteer initiatives, including the American Cancer Society’s "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" campaign.
Ms. Massey-Farrell graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications. She lives in Winter Park, Fla. with her husband James and her twin sons, Ethan and Tedy.
