Geoffrey M. Rogers is the retired Regional Director of the Glenmede Trust Company’s Wilmington office. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Delaware office, which he launched in June 1999. He is also the retired President and CEO of the Glenmede Trust Company of Delaware.

Mr. Rogers has more than three decades of estate planning and financial services experience. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Rogers was a vice president for Scudder Private Investment Counsel, responsible for new business development. He has also served as a vice president with the Wilmington Trust Company and Delaware Trust Company (now Wells Fargo).

Mr. Rogers was elected a Trustee of the Alfred I. duPont Charitable Trust in July 2016. He has been affiliated with Nemours since 2015, when he became a member of the Board of Directors. An active member of several professional and community organizations, he is a member of the board of Washington College (emeritus), Winterthur Museum (emeritus), and a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable.

Mr. Rogers is past chairman of the Board of the Delaware Bankers Association, Sanford School, the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, Planned giving committee of Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware, Wilmington Renaissance and the Wilmington Tax Group. Previously he served as a board member of the Delaware Symphony, Delaware Historical Society, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and the World Affairs Council of Wilmington, Philadelphia Federal Reserve Nominating Committee and Operation Warm.

Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington College. Geoff and his family reside in Greenville, Delaware.
