Monday, Jan 11, 2016

Delaware Valley

Effective January 1st, Wayne Pediatrics joins the Nemours Children’s Health System. Their new name will be Nemours duPont Pediatrics, Wayne, and this partners them with one of the nation’s largest and most respected pediatric health organizations, one nationally recognized for outstanding pediatric specialty care, research and education as well as being a voice for children’s health issues. They are the third practice to join with Nemours within the last year in the Main Line area.

Founded by Hilary Field, MD and Ruth Moorville, MD, Wayne Pediatrics includes David Black, MD and Jessica Rosen-Pries, MD. The location at 110 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA, remains the same, and all patients records will stay at their present location as well as being held by Nemours. This unique model of care encourages parents to work alongside their child’s doctors to discuss, design, personalize and carry out a plan that best meets their family’s unique needs with added resources and access to state-of-the-art care and expertise.

"This partnership is good for all of us," says Dr. Field, "By joining with Nemours, we have access to the expertise, facilities and world class specialists at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for children and can continue to serve our families with individual attention in a location they are comfortable with."

About Nemours
