This year-round program teaches children and their parents/caregivers how to prevent injuries, through education on issues including bike and motor vehicle safety. The program leaders have used the hospital's trauma registry to evaluate the needs of the community, and provide support to meet those needs.

Speakman Company
The Speakman Company is the premiere sponsor of the Nemours "prom,"which allows dozens of current and former Nemours patients to dance the night away. The celebratory event is held annually for patients who might not be able to attend school dances and other events because of their health concerns.
"Because Nemours has touched the lives of many Speakman families, we wanted to express our appreciation and support for the important work they do every day," said Bob Knoll, Speakman’s CEO.
